SITE: Monarch Bay Golf Course 

DATE: Monday, October 21, 2024

TIME: 10:00 am– Coaches Meeting 

10:30 am – 11:00 am – MANDATORY CHECK IN

11:15 am PARTICIPANTS MEETING

11:45– TOURNAMENT BEGINS  Individual tee times 

SEEDING/POST SEASON MEETING:  

10:00 at   Monarch Golf Club on the patio

FORMAT

  • The Tournament will be conducted under USGA Golf Association rules, Monarch Bay Golf Club local rules, and WACC Golf Special Rulings.
  • Stroke Play
  • Red Tees unless otherwise specified by Tournament Director
  • NOTE:  INDIVIDUAL GOLFERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND RECORDING ACCURATE SCORES. 

TOURNAMENT RESULTS WILL DETERMINE:

  • WACC League Champion –Tournament results, in addition to league round robin play, will be used to determine the WACC Champion. See WACC Golf Special Ruling #12.

ORDER OF PLAY

  • The order of play will be determined by the director of the tournament on April  26th.
  • Email the Tournament Director your players’ names and team seeding 1-6 before 5pm on Thursday, October 17, 2024
  • Participants will be seeded by both the Golf Coaches and the Tournament Director. WACC League Commissioner will break ties.

SUPERVISION/SECURITY

  • Each Coach is responsible for the general supervision of his or her players and team.
  • Each Coach and or assistant will follow each group to make sure scoring and penalties are correctly counted
  • Gallery/Advice – See WACC Golf Special Ruling #1.1 AND 1.2.

OTHER

  • If the course is unplayable WACC Golf Special Ruling #14 comes into effect.
  • Attire – Polo shirts, dress/casual pants or shorts belts must be worn and shirts tucked in
  •  No jeans or cut offs.
  • Range finders may be used but must be shared with the group, can not use slope must be turned off
  • NO Cell Phones
  • Park in designated parking lot
  • Snacks/lunch will be provided
